I am a doula, birth expert and hypnobirthing specialist based in the Highlands, Scotland.

 

Dedicated to stripping away the performative fluff of modern birth culture. I don't do 'magical' or 'floaty'; I do evidence, advocacy, and absolute preparation.

 

My mission is to ensure you aren't just 'getting through' birth, but commanding the room with unshakable confidence and informed authority.

Too many women in the highlands feel like they have to go with what's 'the norm' due to geographic restrictions, lacking maternity care and failing systems. That's where I step in.
